Never Let Me Go

Never Let Me Go is one of the loveliest, most sorrowful films I have ever seen. It is a must-see and comes to DVD on January 1st. Read the novel, too! I cried for 10 minutes in the theatre when this was over, and I just cried again watching the trailer - it's beyond beautiful.

The Purpose of this Blog

Will you help me discover the spiritual legacy of humanity?

I am Catholic, but also a practioner of "white" Earth-based magic and Irish Catholic beliefs. Paganism and Catholicism walk hand-in-hand in my world, and my primary focus is to discover and share the innate wisdom of both. The title of this blog means "Secrets of the Witch," and my "magick name" is Lily. I keep very detailed notes on all my research, and will frequently provide book lists and suggested reading/art/music. I do not want this blog to be about religion so much as the SOUL, and the many paths that it can walk.

I do think that all religions - and, indeed, all souls - have beauty within them, and I hope to explore the variety and depth of many faiths in this blog. It is as much a learning tool for me as for anyone reading it.

This blog is meant to share and inspire, and if it at any point offends you, I kindly ask for you to simply leave it be. My purpose is to share my own artistic visions and beliefs, and I do not lay claim to anyone else's.
